Second pregnancy

Hi my husband and I have a 2 year old little boy and just found out last Wednesday we are pregnant with baby #2! We had been trying for a while and nothing was happening so we decided to stop trying and then bam here we are! When I was pregnant with my son I was so sick with morning sickness! I'm 6 weeks today and all I feel is really tired, hungry and my boobs are really sore! It has me freaking out since I'm not having morning sickness this time around something is wrong! I've had some mild cramping but no spotting and I had that with my son as well! We don't go to the doctor until April 19th! I'm going to be a nervous wreck until then ahhh!
