Seeking natural routes and herbs

Well, we got DH results😁 not completely heartbreaking and patiently waiting to see my new obgyn/fertility specialist to see where we should be aiming for on this journey. She's ranked #3 out of 38 in our area! I've included the results for reference and to receive ideas/success stories. Ivf would be last resort and since we are buying a house and deciding whether to sell our rental property, Ivf is REALLY last resort.

Dh: 37 this year; I'll be 31. I have a 6yr old from previous. Dh has 0. Ttc 12 mos as of 2/24/15. All my tests have been normal and healthiest I've ever been. Cut caffeine out as of September, if I drink alcohol it's 1/2-1 drinks every few weeks.

Any advice on what to talk about during dr appt, supplements( I'm so lost on how to compare fertilaid, motility booster, etc....)
