sore nipples
My daughter is 2.5 weeks, I mostly pump, but occasionally breastfeed. Suddenly yesterday and today my nipples are SO sore!! I haven't changed any of my settings (actually lowered them the last two days). I have the right flanges, but I want to cry when the pump starts up! My nipples also look almost a white/grey after pumping! What can I do??
