pain after sex

Ok. So today we had sex for the first time in 2 ½ weeks. And it hurt a little, which is normal for me. We were in doggy and he kept hitting this spot and it felt amazing, but also kind of hurt. Afterwards, I couldn't move with out being in pain. That was about 1:30pm and I got up again at 3pm and was better, but mild cramping ever since... if this is normal, it's not normal for me... advice? I've also kind of burns down there when peeing, a little.
