Sore Breast

Okay, so about a month ago my breast started getting really tender. Like, if i wore a bra, it hurt to put one on. It gradually got worse. Now they hurt all the time. When i wake up, wear a bra, etc. Im only a 36b/c. I'm 19 and not sure if it could be related to "late blooming" and i am on the implant, so i know for sure that its not premenstrual pain. Does anyone have any ideas????
