longest spotting/period ever?!

So I thought I was spotting (dark toned fine sized marks on my underwear) then after 9 days of the same thing I'm like okay my period is never coming why the heck have I been spotting for so long?! & today (11 days into whatever this is) I finally get a tad bit more of blood flow (still light) which is very unlike my normal periods. Anyone have any idea on what my body is doing???
