REALLY struggling to lose weight...need help!

Hey all! 
So I am nearly 4 months PP, and exclusively breastfeeding. I am trying SO hard to lose some weight, but my scales has not budged even an ounce since I came hold from the hospital. My diet is very healthy...either Kodiac protein pancakes for breakfast or oatmeal. Then a protein shake for a snack. Then a chicken sandwich or salad for lunch. Another protein shake. And a dinner with grilled chicken, sweet potato, and broccoli. 
I'm eating the same thing every day to ensure I don't go over on calories. I'm busting my ass in the gym 4-5 days a week, doing about an hour of lifting. 
What am I doing wrong??? What can I do to start getting the scale to change? I have about 20 pounds to lose, and my self esteem is starting to plummet. I have never worked this hard and had absolutely no results. Please help me and give me some advice or ideas!!!
I'm starting to get to the point where I'm just about to say fuck it and eat what I want and not workout since it isn't making a difference anyway. And I really don't want to be in that mindset, so I desperately need some help.
