twitchy eyes???

I have literally had a twitchy eye the past week or so, it's my left eye and it's really beginning to bother me. It doesn't hurt just feels like muscle spasms so annoying. This every happen to anyone else???

Eat a banana and get an hour or two more sleep than you usually do for several nights. I always get em when sleep deprived!

Omg. When i was pregnant with my 1st my right eye twitched all the time and it was super annoying. It happened, contantly..

It hasn't been an issue during pregnancy, but that's always been a normal thing for me. For me, it seems to be triggered by lack of sleep and/or stress.
