I ran a red light today

Today was a really bad day for me. I was driving to Starbucks to treat myself for feeling so bad. I was on a highway with a bunch of traffic lights for the people getting off the exits or on ramps. Well the light was yellow and I for some reason didn't slow down. And it was red for a few feet before I got to the light and I didn't stop. I saw there was just one car who was already driving away so I just kept going because I wouldn't have been able to stop. I was already too far from the stopping line. I just feel so bad about it. I am usually a great driver and follow all the rules.
