I would post mine but I haven't decided what to do yet. We had a miscarriage in October so we are waiting to tell everyone this time. This is baby number three. I'll show you how I announced the baby we lost though.. 
I will have to do something totally different this time. I'm thinking about recording when we tell the kids and depending on how they react maybe just positing that after sending to all the relatives... Not totally sure yet. Our kids will be 5 and 4.
