chronic uti home remedies??

Hey guys. I have chronic uti's and I kept getting them for 7 years (ever since I was 10) are there any other remedies that you guys can recommend? I also wonder if there is anyone out there like me because I feel like I'm alone with this. I live on AZO pills :/ and antibiotics don't help me. My urologist says I may have interstitial cystitis 😵

Lots and lots of water. And add acidic juices to your diet such as cranberry juice or apple juice. Pee after sex. And NO baths. Yogurt is good too for a probiotic, contains good bacteria.

You're not alone! I use to get them like twice a month, every month for the last 15 years. It's been about 5 months since the last time I had a major uti. Im pretty sure it's from drinking way more water than I use to and I drink tons of cranberry juice to try to stay ahead. Also I recommend you to try uva Ursi-marshmallow tinctures. They helped me a lot and plus, they're all natural.
