Wondering! I still have my ex in social media is that ok when you trying to forget about him😲 have you ever end a relationship and still friends on facebook? I don't want to look childish if i delete him.

Yes girl. It's good to cut off contact completely because it eliminates the hope that they'll come back, and hoping for things that didn't work out is pretty unhealthy for your emotional self. So you'd do yourself a favour. I had my old man on social media for agessss and sometimes he'd msg me to take the piss because he knew his bro was super into me..anyway I hated seeing his face all over my social media because he's so buff lol, so I just posted fire selfies then blocked him.

I have my ex on every social media in fact we have a streak on Snapchat. My boyfriend knows we won't get back together so he's fine with it, plus I only text him because we have a streak, if we didn't then I wouldn't!

I didn't wanna look childish either, so I waited to see what he would do. He didn't unfollow me so I didn't unfollow him. But he literally never posts and I rarely post so we don't see much of each other. I never look at his Instagram anyways, it's always hard for me to see pictures of an ex. As for my ex who cheated on me? He still follows me, and I don't follow him. It's weird but he's never tried to message me or anything so I haven't blocked him

I stayed facebook friends with my ex but hid him from my feed for a few months until I was over him. Tbh he rarely pops up now anyway.
