I just want to cry...

So I stopped BC 78 days ago. I ovulated on march 25. I went to see my doctor today for something else and I brought up the fact that we are ttc. He said that until I don't have my periods and a normal cycle back my chances of getting pregnant are really low....

I have bad cramps and lower back aches for the last few days. He told me to take a test just in case but it would probably be negative.

So now I am trying to pee and of course I can't :(

I feel so lost and mad and sad
