new boyfriend

I broke up with my boyfriend of 4.5 years this past November and almost immediately started talking to a guy I've always thought was sexy/cool. He made the first move as soon as he found out I was available. We made it official about 2 months ago, but I feel like things are moving slower than they should. We don't talk a lot, we usually talk at least once a day, sometimes for about a half an hour or more. We work together but we don't see each other every day, and he doesn't seem very enthusiastic about seeing me two days in a row. And I don't like making the first move for fear of being too clingy. He's also the first guy I've dated that's had his shit together. All my other boyfriends still lived at home, didn't have a job and didn't have a car. This guy is perfect, I mean he has flaws but who doesn't.... anyway is this a normal progression of a relationship? I feel like all my past relationships were based on codependency and now that I'm in a normal relationship this is how it's supposed to be and I need to learn to be ok with it. Or is this odd behavior for a relationship two months in? Cuz I feel like it might be. Whenever I confront him about it, he says things like love takes time, and he's planning a trip to Utah in June and he says he plans in taking me... but he doesn't wanna spend two days in a row with me? He's very confusing sometimes... I don't know I guess I just wanna know, is this normal?
