Someone help!

when can you take a pregnancy test? i didn't technically have sex, but there was other stuff that happened after.. I just need help... I took one like a week ago, the app says I'm 5 days late but I didn't know how many days were in between. I started last month on the 11th. So I don't think I have anything to worry about. But I'm underage and my parents will kill me..
