It's very uncommon. But they always check if someone is having chest pain - better safe than sorry. I'm 22 and had chest pain that literally dropped me to my knees in pain, went to the ER and they checked for a heart attack first. Even though at my age, it was unlikely. They always check for the most severe causes first and then work down to less severe causes.

Your overdose complicates it though. Your chances of having heart complications would be higher than if you hadn't overdosed.
