sweaty baby!

My daughter turned 6 weeks a couple days ago. Around then, she started to get super fussy in the evenings which I was expecting and ready for. However, she also gets super hot and so sweaty! I have to strip her down to just a diaper and run and cool rag in her occasionally to keep her calm and cool. I check constantly for a fever, and she doesn't have one. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or if it's a cause for concern? She seems fine, just too hot.
