Wedding Dress??

I found this dress for $4 at a retail store. I absolutely love it but it's not exactly a wedding dress. We plan on getting married at the courthouse and the eventually having a ceremony and reception later for family and friends. Wondering if it could potentially be a wedding dress? And would it be appropriate for the courthouse wedding and possibly the ceremony later on? Opinions are appreciated. TIA.
