5 weeks today! SCARY dream.

I'm am so scared to miscarry again, I did last year at 13 weeks. Last night I had a dream that I went to the bathroom and wiped and there was blood, then I wiped again and there was blood clots and then again, and there was a big grayish blob that I assumed was the baby. It was terrifying! I woke up so happy it wasn't real but since I'm so early I know there's still a very real chance I can miscarry
