anyone taken/ taking agnus castus- help?
Hi guys, i have recently started Agnus Castus to help shorten my cycles, help me ovulate and concieve. Do you really need to stop when you ovulate as it is dangerous if you concieve? I have not heard of this before but have recenrly read it in forums? Can anyone advise who has concieved using it? Xxx
