Resume Tips?

Anyone willing to look over my resume/cover letter and offer any insight? Both are complete, however I feel like I could be missing key information or have added too much, or maybe I'm over thinking it way too much. I have asked my colleagues and they have responded with 1) I need my resume/CL looked over and revised too, so I can't be much help 2) I've never had to do a cover letter, so idk. 3) I haven't updated my resume in over __ amount of years. In addition to, mixed information about what should be included and which section goes where.
