OVERFLOW NIGHTMARE

I started my period really early. I was the first one if my friends to get it🙃But I stayed at my friends house last night, went toilet and found out that I had jus got my period😐Anyways during the night I kept waking up it was getting really annoying😐When I finally woke up properly I felt so much come out I had to run to the bathroom. IT WAS ALL DOWN MY LEG😭It's like I got attacked by Edward scissor hands😭I didn't know what to do I started freaking out and I was so scared😕My friends mum handled the situation and she was really nice about it but I don't know what I should do if that happend to me again😣please don't tell me I'm the only one that this happened to😖Any ideas?
