Was that just a crazy period?

Apologies in advance for any TMI in this post! Long story short, I had unprotected sex and he ejaculated inside of me. I'm not even exactly sure if I was in my fertile period, but thats what the different apps told me, so I am just basing everything on that, since they have always been accurate in predicting my periods and I'm always pretty regular. My last 'normal' period was on March 8th, and I have yet to start what I would consider a normal cycle yet. I had this really weird spotting/light-ish period on April 4th. It lasted 3 days completely but was on/off the whole time. I never bled directly onto a pad and there were barely any clots or awkward  'leaking' onto the pad like I always do when I have my period and I'm walking out and about. The first day I had some cramping and the blood just sort of came out every time I used the restroom. The blood was a dark red, but was brown at the very start. The next two days it still happened but only maybe once or twice at night after peeing (just a few drops of red dripping in the toilet) and some bleeding during intercourse on the last day of spotting. I never bled on the pad during my sleep. I jogged lightly on the last day and had a bit of leakage onto my underpants, but it was so thin that it didnt stain through my underwear like when I normally leak through a pad/tampon. And that was without wearing anything, even a panty liner!

I tested 2 days ago, not with my first morning pee, and it was a negative. Its now 12:44am and I woke up from a 4 hour 'nap' and decided to test again, and its a pretty clear negative. All of my period apps suggested that I was supposed to start either today or yesterday. But Glow keeps pushing it off until the next day ever since my period didnt show on the 9th. My cycles are usually 31~32 days long.

But since my tests were negative, would it be safe to just count that weird spotting as my period?
