Hey ladies how do I basal temp and is it too late to start it after ovulation? Idk how it works, help

You should read tre articles pinned in the chart analysis group. Most of us temp to find out when we have ovulated. But you can still start to get the hang of how to do it. You need to temp every day starting with cd1

When you check your temp, you need to check it as soon you wake up in the morning. You should still be laying down and before you even begin to move around a lot. After you tracked for a couple of months you will begin to see a pattern
