Bromelain pills
Anyone take these? I'm on 3 dpo and was just going to get the pills cuz I'll gag with the core. Is it too late to take them? I've read sooooo many conflicting things about which days to take. 1-5 dpo, 4-8 dpo... since I'm on 3 dpo would taking them for a few days help?
