why am I bleeding?

Ok so I stoped my last period the 27th so today is two weeks sense my last period. A few days ago I had some pain and went to the hospital and found out I have two small cysts on my left ovarie but the doc said they will be fine and there's nothing to worry about. I get home from working out and I have brown blood when I wipe and on my underware. My period isn't due for 2 weeks. Anyone have an experience with this? If it doesn't stop I'll call my doc but I'm wondering your ladies input. Please let me know!
