anxiety help.

So my lover has very bad performance anxiety. When I give him a blow job or handjob it's super easy for him to keep an erection, but when it comes to actual sex it gets soft. It's really upsetting him and he's worried that I'm gonna leave him despite me being as encouraging about it as possible. What can I do to help him? It bothers me to see him so tore up about it.
