heartbroken !!

I know this may seem funny to the immature ones in here.. well ill just lay it out , my long term boyfriend broke up with me and he used the fact that i smell bad during sex because i sweat, and he's the first person to ever say that to me and im soooo embarassed because he said that to me in front of a lot of friends .. and i don't know how to feel , im just crying right now like a little girl . I just need your advices.
