verbally abusive marriage?

Okay, so my husband and I have gotten into pretty heated fights/arguments. Usually over his ex because he's in a lawsuit right now against her so I'm a little insecure over that, I won't lie. But I've gotten over it in the past 2 months, and I've done a lot better about that. But anytime we get into an argument, he gets SO heated SO fast... to the point of calling me a bitch and telling me to "shut the fuck up"... when he's tried leaving in an argument before, I've told him if he wants to make it work, he needs to stop and sit down and make it work. Well, he gets off work at 330. My daughter gets so excited to see him when he gets off, he barely even spent 20 minutes with her today if that before he went over to the neighbors house to work on their floor. (He's getting paid $10/hr) but I asked him to stay until after dinner then go do it. Well, he left and went over there anyway, and I kind of got upset about it because our daughter went to bed without daddy time, and I am a SAHM and I didn't get any hubby time today.. and he started yelling at me and I told him just to stop and he keeps yelling at me even though I asked him not to especially around our kid. And he was slamming stuff around and I told him to stop because she is sleeping and he said "I don't care" and when I tried to go outside, he locked the doors with the keys and hid the keys so I couldn't even get out of the house. Continued to call me a bitch when he knows that's a big no no! And now is in the bedroom with the door shut. Just feel like I'm not good enough for him and he's just tired of being with me... idk how to make this marriage work because I try to talk to him and he just instantly blows up.
