Can anyone help

Idk i feel like my baby is not going to crawl at all she will be 8MO like I'll lay her down and she just stays there and doesn't like it at all. Idk am i doing anything wrong? I put her in her baby walker and she moves everywhere. But its only backwards since shes getting the hang of it. Idk is my baby doing okay with her mile stones ?
