Are these good vitamins for ttc?

I went out & bought these folic acid vitamins today at my local pharmacy. I've heard great things about them. I'm not pregnant yet, but I've heard vitamins can help with conceiving. Are these a good brand? Any feedback on them? Do they have any side effects? What all benefits do they have while ttc? Thanks ladies! ☺️
