help! advice please

So before me and my so got together he had told me if he was in a relationship he wouldn't want a women who goes out clubbing and drinking constantly etc.. he also stated that he isn't a controlling person he said if he sees that he would just end things and no moving forward. He said he wouldn't tell her no don't go out or thisand  that to her her back. Well now we almost been together for two years and today after work my coworker which obviously is a woman invited me to have a drink at a restaurant next to our job. I called my so and told him I was going to go have a drink with my coworker that I would be home later than usual. He said oh ok that's fine see you when you get home my love. And now I came home and he is acting really weird. He isn't even talking to me like he usually does. I tried to talk to him about my day at work and he just nodded his head. I feel like he is mad or probably thinks I did something wrong I don't understand 😫 let me remind you I am 22 years old and he's 35 years old I don't know if an insecure thing or what. I did tell him what's wrong and he said you talk to much. He never acts like this and I never go out or nothing that's not my cup of tea. Advice please??
