migraine or tumor

So I have pcos and although my prolactin level was high at one point, I took metformin and lost some weight and it eventually went down. However, lately I've been having these awful throbbing headaches in random spots of my head. It's just shooting pain at random parts of the day. I'm worried that it's a tumor and I just had a Ct scan yesterday. If it was bad, wouldn't I have received my results right away? (I have bad anxiety lol) let me know guys! I'd love you input and some tips on migraines!
