Was she flirting?

This may seem long but I want to share all details. A few Months ago I met my husband at work and we walked around downtown for a little. We decided to grab something to eat so we found a Hill Country chicken place. The cashier had on a tshirt that was 2 sizes too small for her but that's besides the point. So I am looking at the menu and mention to the woman that I have food allergies. I order my food and its my husband's turn to order. He asks about the beer and she smiles flips her hair and says "oh sweetie normally I can't sample it to you but I'll let you try it" He then orders his food. Then she tells me my total so I say what about him? And she says "oh you two are paying together?" I said um yeah thats my husband... my husband said she was just being friendly.
