My baby was born with this on his head. I'm very concerned as to what it is. Doctor doesn't even know what it is. It looks like a acid burn but obviously it isn't. It feels bumpy and dry. Can anyone tell me if they know what it is. Will it always be there? Will hair eventually grow in time?
