36 weeks pregnant and super self conscious.

I'd never been with anyone prior to getting my with SO, I was super self conscious about my body when we first started seeing each other as in wouldn't have sex with the lights on, he wouldn't see me naked etc... but he soon made me feel good about the way I looked, pretty much treated me like a queen ( and still does) but I'm now currently 36 weeks pregnant and all the self doubt and see consciousness has come flowing back. He still calls me beautiful and says everything is the same just that my belly is bigger now. Just want to know has anyone else ever felt like this while nearing the end of their pregnancy.
