I just spoke with my doctor and they don't tell you the gender until 18 and half weeks and that's not for a while! I am getting impatient!! Or has anyone used a visibility gender test? Are there any other options I can do to find out the gender early.. I am trying to surprise my husband for his birthday with the gender!

I heard there is a blood test you can have done but not sure what it's called.

I had to wait for my 20 week scan that I had at 20w6d we are having a little boy our 🌈baby.

I had that at 12 weeks, because of previous losses. It is a lot less invasive way to screen for chromosomal abnormalities and they told us the sex of the baby at the same time. Make sure to check with your insurance and care provider because it can cost a couple thousand dollars.  How it worked for us was that because it was recommended by the OB when we got a letter from our insurance saying that it wasn't covered we sent it on the the company that does the test and the price was reduced to about $300.
