When did your partner/family feel baby move from the outside?

I can not remember for the life of me when hubby or anyone else was able to feel baby's kicks and movements outside. Oldest is almost 7, youngest turned 4.

My SO felt our lil boy move at 19 weeks. .and now he feels him pretty regularly.  But all the time when i tell him to feel him he stops moving lol
