TTC Myths or Truths??

So tell me... I have heard many wives tales that different things help when trying to get pregnant. I just want to know: do any of these work, really? Do you know of any other wives tale that may help? Or are all of these it's myths? Let me know in the comment!

Don’t wait to pee. The sperm that goes into the uterus gets in there immediately, and the uti or kidney infection you can get from that will be more harmful to ttc than not laying down.
