I can't regulate mine! I was on birth control to get it regulated and then now I'm off of it I'm 15 and it's a struggle I can't go anywhere in public without taking a tampon or pad. I went skating tonight and I started my period and I wasn't supposed to start for another week and half and last month I didn't have one it's so messed up any advice?
