HELP!!!

Okay Ladies, I need help! So me and my man had sex two nights ago without a condom and he came in me. Today I started spotting and I was like "hey I started my period... blah" so I put a tampon in. I went to change it four hours later and there was NO BLOOD but i'm still cramping but only on one side. I know my periods are really weird but this has never happened to me before. What do you think?!?
