What makes you think the US doesn't support Africa? There is a base in Djibouti responsible for lots of military humanitarian work and military support. Africa has a highly colonial history so the presence of other countries and militaries isn't always accepted without resistance. A large reason our presence there isn't as advertised.

Africa receives hundreds of millions in financial aid from the US government, not including private funding also going to the country.

It's sickening that people complain "why aren't we helping" yet we are. How much help is an acceptable level before "interference" then becomes the issue.

Because the US government (and some people) are greedy asf. They have no resources that the US can horde.

That is why they offered to buy Alberta way back when from the Canadian government and now (for the last 15 years or so) demanding the Canadian government give them Hudson Bay.

If you don't have something they want, they won't "help" you and I am using help very loosely.
