I believe the cases need to be reexamined by a credible lab and chemist to see how much harm and damage has been done. If there are any wrongful convictions overturn the verdict based on evidence.

For every wrongful conviction based on false evidence and testimony the chemist should receive 2 years in federal prison. In federal prison you do the whole bid, there is no early time out for good behavior.

•the sum of the total amount of time of people their testimony effected (anyone who served more than 3-5 years)

•jail time until reparations are paid to the people effected 2-4 people depending on the amount of time served

Unfortunately due to the fact that experts can be paid for their testimony, a lot of the time they will say what they need to say. Most experts wouldn't put their reputation on the line for some extra money but evidently there have been enough cases where a bit of money can corrupt someone.
