Taking selfies at a burial?

My grandmother was buried a little while ago. Some of the family members started taking selfies...I mean like grinning, winking, peace sign selfies...near the grave site at the end of the funeral. I was crying so much I didn't even have it in me to yell at them. Then they suggested that we should all take a big group photo. Because I want my photo taken with no makeup when I'm grieving and have been crying for days? I was like, who does this? And why?
