daddy gets emotional please help!!!!!

HELP,I'm not sure if this is normal or not but my husband has been expierincing a lot of my sínthoms and yesterday he bought me emoji pillows 😡😋😴these to be exact and asked me to please use them when I feel this way instead of verbally telling him  because he feels very emotional , he's generally and tough guy and lately if enyone tells him something he gets sad and I mean like full blown emotional 😨😱 and even I can't tell him I'm mad or show it because he will feel sad and so on !!!! What do you women suggest , is this something eny one of you has experienced ???? He is very involved and super exited about baby so I know it's not for attention .🙏🙏🙏❤️
