5 hours since last diaper change, do i wait for him to wake up?

My baby boy is 3 months old and sleeps through the night. I changed his diaper at 5 and it's 11 o'clock now.

Do I wait for him to wake up for his feed or change it now ?

Plus I'm super tired I know if I change him now I won't have to wake up to do it 🙃

What shall I do ????

I've never woken my son unless he's pooped or its leaking. My son likes his sleep and is so cranky if he doesn't get enough so I let him tell me when he's ready.
