Pregnant or not?? 🤔

The first day of my last period was the 8th or March. On the 20th I did a pregnancy test and got a faint positive result. 9 days later I got some light bleeding and bad cramps did another pregnancy test and it was negative. On the 8th of April I had my engagement party and decided to drink because of the bleeding cramping and negative result but my period still hasn't come I did another pregnancy test yesterday and it's positive... Am I pregnant or possibly false positives?
