SOS IRRITATED SKIN WONT GO AWAY

OKAY TMI, near the skin between my vaginal opening and my anus, basically right in the middle but out on the sides, both sides, is very very irritated. Red and burning, won't go away. It's been off an on for a week or so now, and I haven't had sex for almost a month. What can I do, what is it? :( someone help please
