how do I tell my friend

Looking for some advice on how do I tell my best friend that I'm pregnant. We are 4 best friends but 1 of them just had a miscarriage around 8 weeks and was obviously hurt by it. It's been a couple of months so first I don't know how to tell her and secondly I don't know if I should tell her privately or in a group setting. When she told us she was pregnant she told us in a group setting. The other two aren't in relationships or even thinking about having a baby but the one who miscarried and I were looking forward to hopefully being pregnant together. I just don't want to hurt her because she was so happy to be pregnant. Thank you in advance for the advice.
