When are you taking maternity leave ( those leaving before baby)

I'm so stuck on my decision. I know every preg is different but always was told every preg is quicker too baby #3. Never felt my contractions fast labors and Atlanta traffic is 1.5 hours from home and hospital. Everyone keeps asking when my last day is 😔. So now in curious what you are doing

38 weeks is when my maternity starts but I'm having a 4 week holiday beforehand...

I wanted to work right up to my due date, but I'm 30 weeks and already having to work from home as I'm on bed rest 😑

I officially go on leave at 35 weeks, but now I kind of want to go on leave ASAP, because I just feel so uncomfortable, I find it difficult to concentrate on my work. I'm also getting so little communication from work, it's really frustrating me...
